Horizon World is a platform where players can build anything they want. From basic shapes and scenery, to interactive environment with some in game scripting, the worlds people build varies a lot in experience. Some just built a stage for social hangout or stand up comedy.
For me, I built a world for team building. Based on the gameshow Taskmaster, players have to complete three tasks following the instructions.
This is my first experience in Meta’s version of the “metaverse”. I have spent some weeks in understanding this Horizon World, its potential and its community.
Below is a link to the world I built. It wouldn’t make sense to play this without a game host. People in the game is why it’s fun. So in that sense, a lot of the value people get out of Horizon World is the community.
