Music Space
Two ambient albums we made, played over a slow sky of constellations. For working, or for not working.
The Curiosity
The site had a music player before it had much else. Once there were albums, they needed a place where you could hear one the whole way through without a page asking anything of you.
The Build
Endless Drifting and Echoes and Void were produced in a DAW and exported as M4A with proper metadata. A small music service owns playback for the whole site; a drawer at the bottom of any page exposes it, and a first-visit prompt handles the browser's autoplay rules by asking once and remembering the answer.
Music Space is the long-play room: albums on a loop under an animated star field where a constellation draws itself every minute with a short line of text.

The Result
Twenty-three tracks and a little over an hour of music, playable from the header of every page or in the room built for it.
What We Learned
Autoplay policy is a design constraint, not an obstacle. The player asks once, remembers, and never nags. The whole player took a day.
