About
Gameology Space is a creative engineering studio.
I follow interesting questions and build things to explore them.
The idea
Sometimes that means software.
Sometimes games.
Sometimes AI.
Sometimes a physical object.
Sometimes something that doesn't fit neatly into a category.
Not every project needs to become a product.
Some become businesses.
Some become art.
Some become experiments.
Some simply teach me something before I move on.
Curiosity starts the process.
Engineering makes it real.
Hopefully, the result creates a little delight.
Curiosity
decides what is worth exploring.
Creative engineering
is how an idea becomes real.
Delight
is what I hope comes out the other end.
How projects end
The archive keeps a small field on every entry called became. It is the most honest column I have.

The name
Gameology is where the workshop started, with games and XR. The name stayed when the work widened. Think of Gameology Space as the name of the room, not a description of what is in it.
It is, at the moment, a one-person studio, run by Bill Wang. The XR work was hand-coded in C# and Unity, with AI assisting. The web work, from 2025 on, has been built with AI coding tools from the first commit.
There is a discussion forum where anyone can post anything, watched over by a polite AI moderator, and two YouTube channels: one for game demos and one for devlogs.
Thanks
None of this happens alone. The people and companies who share what they know freely, on YouTube above all, made most of these projects possible. If you taught me something and I left you out, tell me.
Curiously delightful.
That has been the aim since the beginning. It still is. Say hello if you have a curious idea of your own.
