Photo Picks
A photo culling tool that writes your star ratings into the files themselves, so they follow you into Lightroom.
Mystery Oracle
A cooperative lateral-thinking mystery. The Oracle knows exactly what happened and will only ever answer yes, no, or irrelevant.
Pixel Match
Spot the one icon two cards share, faster than your friends. The decks are drawn by a model from whatever you type.
Music Space
Two ambient albums we made, played over a slow sky of constellations. For working, or for not working.
Secret Sauce
A hot-dog vendor with a secret ingredient. A hotel clerk who knows where the famous author eats tonight. Talk them into telling you.
Chart.IT
A heat-load profile plotter in a single HTML file. Draw the 24-hour curve, edit the points, export the CSV.
This website
The workshop's own front door. Built from scratch after leaving Webflow, and rebuilt this year around the projects instead of the company.
Tic Tac Toe
The first thing we built to learn real-time multiplayer. It still works, so it stays.
Project Ada
A mixed-reality workspace full of language-model agents. Ada listens, reads your paper notebook through the camera, takes screenshots, and plays word games with her colleagues.
Zero Art Garden
A VR garden for kinetic sculpture. Place a few blocks with your hands, and they repeat into a spinning ring you can walk around, then print.
London Lens
A guided walk through London that tells you the history of where you are standing.
Ninja Academy
Cast spells in VR by holding hand poses in sequence. Fire, earth, ice. No controllers.
MR Pac-Man
You are Pac-Man, in mixed reality, on a real basketball court. You run with your feet. The ghosts get faster as you level up.
Codoo
A word game where your teammate is a language model. You give the clues; it has to guess the code word, and the taboo words are off limits.
Ploppy
Small creatures that live at real places. You walk there, find them through the camera, and help with their puzzles. Built for the Lightship VPS Challenge.
7 Bounces
An AR physics puzzle in your own backyard. Set the force, pick a planet's gravity, and bounce the ball into the crate exactly the right number of times.
